About Graham Laschuk
Graham has been practicing law for over 20 years, and is now primarily a family lawyer. He is focusing his practice on out-of-court resolutions (ADR), and is fully qualified in Collaborative Law. He sees the great benefit that comes from ADR and the collaborative model, which not only keeps emotional stress, costs and conflict lower than litigation, but also is very much geared to protecting children.
Graham was born and raised in Saskatchewan. In 1994, he was called to the bar in Saskatchewan, where he practiced mainly civil litigation, first in the private sphere and later for the federal government. He was called to the BC bar in 2016, and since then, he has specialized in family law. Graham is comfortable and skilled in all settings, whether inside or outside the courtroom, but his focus is resolving matters out of court wherever possible.
Moving his family to Squamish in late 2020, Graham is able to enjoy his passions of hiking, skiing, mountain biking, reading and playing guitar. Graham gets tremendous joy spending time with his family.
